Logo Customization by Interactive 3Designs

If you have purchased a Lucky Marble/Interactive 3Designs (LM/I3D) template, from PixelMill, and would like to have your Logo added to your site FREE of charge, please follow the steps listed below.

Customers who purchase LM/I3D products through PixelMill normally have their account set up at luckymarble.com within 10 minutes of the order being processed by PixelMill.  This enables PM customers to access any additional help, editable source files, or customizations from the developers of their recently purchased product virtually right away from the developers at LM.

To access your account at luckymarble.com, please follow these instructions:

1. visit http://www.luckymarble.com
2. fill in the information in the form:
1. Invoice # -- normally starts with "PM"
2. First and Last Name, as was used when you made your purchase at PixelMill
3. Email, so that we can send you your login information. (We do NOT send spam, so please use an email address which you know you will check regularly. Your email address is only used so that we can communicate with you through our system.).
3. If your information matches what is already in our system, you will receive an email with your password AND have access IMMEDIATELY to your Lucky Marble Member area.

To request your "complementary" text logo (if included with your purchase):

1. log in (if you aren't already) by visiting: http://www.luckymarble.com/members
2. go to the "My Website Templates" page http://luckymarble.com/members/templates
3. select the "customize" link next to your website template
4. select the "initiate request" next to the Text Logo option
5. fill in the questionnaire specifying the details of your request
   

Note: we normally fulfill text logo requests within 2 business days. If you don't receive an email from us saying that your project is complete 2 days after you initiate your request, please log in to your members area and visit the "My Custom Projects" page.
