Edit Hyperlink

The Edit Hyperlink dialog box has the same options as the Insert Hyperlink
dialog box.
You may choose to link to:
Linking to an existing file or web page
- Text to display: This is the text that will display as hyperlinked.
- ScreenTip: Allows you to type text that will appear when someone hovers
over the link, similar to "ToolTips."
- Look in: Allows you to browse to a file in your web site. You may click
the "Browse" button to browse to a page on the internet, as well.
- Current Folder/Browse Pages/Recent Files: Allows you to browse and
choose other pages.
- Address: You may also type in the address or URL of the page or web
site.
- Bookmark: This will search for bookmarks in the target page; you must
have the page selected already.
- Target Frame: Allows you to choose what frame your page will display in,
or if you want your page to open in a new window.
- Parameters: When linking to a dynamic page, allows you to define
parameters as necessary.
- Style (FrontPage only): Allows you to change the style and format of the displayed link.
- Remove Link: Click this button if you want to remove a hyperlink without
deleting the text.
Linking to a bookmark
This option allows you to link to a
bookmark on the page.
Linking to a New Document
This option allows you to create a new document from the dialog box.
Linking to an email address
This option allows you to create a link to an email address.
Other Properties
The target frame option allows you to set a
target for a hyperlink.
