simpleCMS Templates and Non-English Sites

If you have a non-English installation of WSS 3.0 or of MOSS, when you install the site template to the root site, the site template will not be available when you attempt to create a subsite. In order to see the template you will need to deploy it on a SharePoint Site in English. For that purpose you just need to install the English language pack that is available for free from Microsoft Web site.

Deploying the site in English doesn't mean that the contents of the site have to be in English though. Basically all the public sites can be displayed in any language.
