Theme doesn't apply when I make a new web.

Question: How come the Theme doesn't automatically apply
when I create a new web using a FrontPage web template?
Answer: There may be several reasons that this occurs.
One is that the developer did not program the web template to automatically
apply the theme. Another possibility is that the theme was packaged with an
old version of the installer, which did not correctly name web template folders.
You can easily fix this by browsing to the
web template installation location
and adding a ".tem" extension to the template's folder name. For example,
change "computer" to "computer.tem" - this should fix the problem.
