Detaching a page from a Dynamic Web Template

Detaching a Dynamic Web Template from a page will
make that page into a fully editable page, and is very easy to do.
With the page open that you wish to detach, go to Modify > Templates
> Detach from Template.
You'll notice that the markings for Editable Regions disappear. The layout will
still be "applied,", but the page will now be independent of the DWT.
Any changes that you make to the .dwt files will NOT be applied to the now
detached-page.
