More Colors

Article ID: KB101306

When changing a table cell color, font color, background color, or other colors, you will be able to pick from a small number of standard colors. If these colors don't work for you, you may also choose the "More Colors" option.

  • You may pick from the hexagon palette of colors if you wish.
  • If you know the hexadecimal value of the color you wish to use, type the six-digit code in the "Value" field.

  • If you aren't sure what the color code is, but the color is in a graphic on the open web page, click the "Select" button and the cursor will turn into an eyedropper shape. You can then pick the specific color that you are looking from from anywhere in the FrontPage interface!
  • Clicking the "Custom Colors" button will allow you to pick from a wide range of color values, then specify it as a custom color if desired.
