Can I build a site for a customer and sell the site to them?
Answer:
Yes, you can sell the template, as part of a completed site, to a customer. You may not resale the template as a 'template' product. Since we provide products from many different designers, different products may have different licensing agreements. In general, web template products may be used for only one public web site and presentation templates may be used multiple times within one company. Some designers may allow you to use the template for more than one web site. Please see the product Developer's license agreement (included with the product) for specifics.
