may not fulfill a customer's expectation, may contain a slight flaw, or the design may not fit just right with the message you
wish to deliver.

satisfaction-guaranteed policy has you covered. We allow for
exchanges or refunds on products within twenty (20) days of purchase.

What can I do before I request a refund?
- If there is a problem with the product, or if you cannot get
it to work, contact PixelMill Support immediately.
PixelMill Staff is dedicated to helping you use your product. If
you like the way the product looks and are willing to work with PixelMill staff, we will do our best to help
you get your product working.
- Review the extensive online tutorials in our
support area. PixelMill has some of the
best product and editor-specific support on the web, and it's likely that your
problem has already been addressed.
How do I proceed with an Exchange or Refund request?
If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please fill out our
online refund request form, which
will notify PixelMill of your request with the appropriate information. You may also contact PixelMill Support, who will work with you to process your request. They will likely request that you still complete the form, but you'll have the reassurance of a contact.
You will need to fill out a separate refund request form for
products on different invoices that you wish to receive a refund.
Your refund request will be sent to PixelMill and may be forwarded to the
Developer who created your product. To expedite the response to your request, the Developer may contact you
for more details before you receive contact from PixelMill. Developers may need to request the invoice number for your purchase, but are not authorized to request any private or credit card information.
Once determined to be a valid refund request, the exchange or refund will be
issued within 1-2 business days, but in rare cases may take as long as 15 business days after receipt of the refund request
form. If you're under a deadline, please also contact us and we'll do what we can to expedite the process for you.
Duplicate Charge
If for some reason you believe that you were charged twice for the same transaction, you may:

Be sure to put "Duplicate Charge" in the subject line.
This will ensure that the credit is issued as soon as possible,
generally within 3 business days. Do not fill out the refund
request form for a duplicate charge.
Can I use the Exchange/Refund Policy to 'try' products?
Technically, yes. But, that is not the intention of the policy. We take care in
providing proper information and live samples of the products. The goal is that
these tools and our available sales/support team provide all the information you
need to make the right decision. We discourage any excessive uses of the policy,
but will handle this on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make sure our products
