• How do I get my products?
  Log in and go to your customer area, then click on the "Download My Products" link to view all your previous orders. Click on a product name to download the installer.
• I bought a theme previously but I can no longer download it from my members area.
  Occasionally developers will completely remove a product from the catalog, including the download file. In this case, the product is no longer available for download. If you think there is an error, however, please contact us.
• Top FAQ My hard drive crashed and I lost everything. How can I get my products back?
  Log in and go to your customer area, then click on the "Download My Products" link. Your previous orders should still be there, and you may click on a product name to download the installer. If a product has been removed by the artist, however, you will not be able to redownload the product and may need to contact the developer.
• I tried to buy a free theme, but got an error.
  You do not have to buy free themes. Go to your customer area and click the "Free Products" link. All free themes are listed there.
• I think my credit card was charged twice for the same product. What do I do?
  Get instructions on notifying us of a duplicate charge.
• How do I subscribe or unsubscribe myself to mailings?
  Go to your customer area and select "Edit Profile". Underneath your customer information is your subscription information.
