Where are my products?

When you purchase a product from PixelMill, we store the invoice information
into your account. This means that you can log on anytime and download your
product from PixelMill! So, to download your product, click the "My account"
link at the top of the page and enter your username and password. After logging
in, you'll see your "my recent orders" in the right column. If you're looking
for an older order, click the "Download My Order" link in the left column. You
should then see a list of all your purchased products.
On occasion, an artist will remove a product from the catalog because of a
bug, newer version, or other reason. If they remove a product, it will no longer
be available for download. PixelMill will not be able to provide you the
product, although you may contact the artist and see if they will send the
product to you. We advise you to make a backup copy of your products in the
event that this happens.
