Depending on the type of work requested, your request will be fulfilled in one to three business days.

Our designers are familiar with the templates and know how to make the changes without breaking the template.

We'll review your request and immediately notify you if we need more clarification or if your request falls outside of the scope of our provided services. We make sure that you are happy with the results before closing the project.
How does it work?
- Pick from our growing selection of custom services. Add them to your shopping cart.
- After checkout, you will be directed to contact us with your request. Be as detailed as possible. Send us replacement image files (legally licensed, of course) or other files if necessary.
- PixelMill reviews your request, clarifies the project parameters, and then assigns one of our designers to make your change.
- After showing you an online sample, we email or provide a download link for the replacement files. (These may be the repackaged template OR files that you can easily import and replace in your existing template.) Be sure to make a backup copy of the files, as we do not store them for you.

Template Customization Services
Logo Integration
Logo Text Change - $50
Modify the template graphic logo text to your desired text using the same font and positioning. You will receive a replacement graphic.
Integrating Vector Logo - $75
Modify the template logo graphic by integrating your own logo in vector format (Illustrator, Postscript, EPS). Logo graphic should have a transparent background. You will receive a replacement graphic.
+ Custom Font Change - Additional $50
Modify the template graphic logo text to your desired text using the same positioning and with your own desired font. You will receive a replacement graphic.
Logo Text Change purchase required.
+ Integration into Web Template - Additional $100
Instead of receiving a replacement graphic, we'll integrate the new logo graphic into the template itself and send you a repackaged template. This service applies to templates that use FrontPage Include Pages, DWTs, or Dreamweaver Libraries.
Logo Text Change or Integrating Vector Logo purchase required.
+ Integration into Individual Pages - Additional $20 per page
Instead of receiving a replacement graphic, we'll integrate the new logo graphic into the template itself and send you a repackaged template. This service applies to templates that have the logo embedded on each individual page (such as in HTML templates).

Image Replacement
Basic Image Replacement - $75
Replace up to three non-Flash or Dynamic Flash images in a template with your own legally licensed images. We'll make the images the right size and add basic effects like rounded corners to make the image fit with the template.

Image Consultation and Research - $75/hour
Need help finding an appropriate image? While we recommend that you choose your own image, we can help you narrow your search and recommend images for you.
Custom Work
Custom Work: Basic Services - $75/hour
Our basic services include: Web and presentation template development, HTML, CSS, web graphics, changing template colors, changing template layout, and content replacement.
