PixelMill is responsible for:

• Product presentation - PixelMill presents all of the images in the catalog as well as "see-in-action" samples of the products.
• Transactions - PixelMill builds, runs, and manages the process of purchasing products.
• Downloads - PixelMill provides customers with the ability to download their products directly from the site with the use of a registered user name and password.
• Functionality - PixelMill tests every product to confirm that customers will have a working product when they download and install it.
• Support - PixelMill provides all support regarding use of the site, purchasing products, and downloading and installing products. Plus, PixelMill will provide first-level support and support management for all products purchased at PixelMill.

What is the Developer/Designer's Role?

The Developer/Designer is responsible for:

• Product development - Developers/Designers build and hold the copyright to products listed under their name.
• Product pricing - Developers/Designers set their own prices.
• Product information - Developers/Designers provide all information about product features, limitations, and specific instructions.
• Product support - Developers/Designers provide technical support for their products. If a Developer/Designer is unavailable, PixelMill will provide as much support as possible.
